EAT & DRINK AT IBIZA ROCKS HOUSE

Our in-house terrace restaurant ‘Room 39’ serves up a flavour-filled menu with a rock and roll twist seven days a week – from breakfast overlooking the pool to intimate open-air fine dining in the terrace and late night tapas at the poolside bar.

This year we have a refreshed dinner menu, created by new chef Lee Milne who has worked at world-famous, award-winning restaurants including ‘Restaurant Gordon Ramsay’ and ‘The Vineyard at Stockcross’. Daily ‘House specials’ offer even more variety on the al a Carte dinner menu, whilst the ‘Sunday Roast’ remains the islands finest roast dinner and favourite Sunday party.
